How to Apply
Applications to the Annapolis Arts and Crafts Festival may be submitted in one of three ways:

Electronically using the online application on this website
- Through the mail
To apply via Juried Art Services, click on the button to the right..
To apply electronically, fill out the online application and submit along with the $25 non-refundable
application fee payable by credit card that will be requested at the end of the application process.
To apply via the mail, download the printer-friendly application, fill it out and return it with a check for your $25 non-refundable application fee, made payable to Annapolis Arts and Crafts Festival.

Photos of Work
If you have applied online on this website or via the mail, you must include four images of your work and one of your booth along with your application to the festival. These may be sent as digital images over the internet, on a CD or as slides. Please label your images with your name and in the case of slides or CDs, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you want your slides returned to you.
After jurying has been completed, notification of your acceptance, rejection or wait list will be sent. Upon acceptance, your booth fee payment and any other fees (electricity) will be due.
Wait List
A wait list will be developed based upon the jurors' scorers. Wait listed artists will be notified when a space becomes available.
Confirmation
If you are accepted into the festival, a contract along with additional show information will be sent to you in a separate exhibitor’s packet.
