Information for Exhibitors

tentBooth Fee - $275 aisle; $300 corner; electricity $25 additional, available only in rows H, I, & J. See vendor booth chart.

Cancellation Policy - 60 days prior to show, full refund; 30 to 59  days prior to show, 50% refund; less than 30 days, no refund. Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted by mail or email to info@annapolisartsandcraftsfestival.com.

Booth Size - 10 ft. X 10 ft.

exhibitor booths layoutSpace Requests - You may request a specific space. Click on the button to the right to see how the exhibitor spaces will be arranged. But please keep in mind that this is only a request and for reasons beyond our control, it may not be possible to give you the exact space you requested.

Tents -The festival is an outdoor event and tents are not supplied. The event will be held rain or shine. Exhibitors are responsible for providing and securing their own tents.  The surface is blacktop so tents must be secured by weights on each leg. Canopies also need to be fire retardant. Please bring your certificate of inflammability with you.

Tables - All tables must be skirted to the ground.

Sales Tax - Exhibitors are responsible for reporting their sales and collecting sales tax, which in Maryland is 6%.  For more information contact business.marylandtaxes.com or call 1-800-492-1751.

Your Work - Your work must be your own, handmade work.

Staffing Your Booth - Artists must be present at the festival at all times.

Parking - On-Site. $5 per day per vehicle.

No Pets

General Release - Applicants agree to hold the Annapolis Arts and Crafts Festival harmless from any liability for any loss experienced while at the festival.

Online directory - As artists send in their acceptance and fees, a link to each artist’s website will be posted on the Festival’s website.

Confirmation - If you are accepted into the Festival, additional show information such as set-up time, credential request forms, etc., will be sent to you in your Exhibitors Packet.

Electronic Postcards - E-Postcards are an excellent way to notify the customers on your mailing list about when and where you will be exhibiting your work. If accepted into the Festival, we will provide you with this easy-to-use and very effective marketing tool.

Notice of status sent March 28, 2010
Exhibitors space fees due March 28, 2010
Artists information packets mailed April 1, 2010
Deadline for cancellation with full refund April 12, 2010
Deadline for cancellation with 50% refund May 13, 2010
No refunds after May 14, 2010
Booth Set-up Friday, June 11, 12 noon to 6 p.m.
Saturday, June 12, 6 to 10 a.m.
Festival Open

Saturday, June 12, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
Sunday June 13, 2010, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Loadout Sunday, June 13, 6 to 9 p.m.
